Pre Heat oven to 350
3 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt (mix dry in large bowl and set aside)
1 Cup butter
2 C sugar (blend sugar w butter in its own bowl large enough to add below ingredients)
add
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla (blend in eggs vanilla w sugar mixture)
Blend really well then add mashed bananas
6 ripe bananas- mashed add to above wet mixture
nuts optional
Fold dry into wet ..just until mixed
Bake in preheated oven for an hour(of course check anytime after 50 minutes as ovens vary in temp.)
