Stuffed Baked Potatoes

If you have ever had a craving for a stuffed baked potato(e)then you have found the right spot! This recipe is simple and SO darn good. I have it on its own..in fact the potato in the picture actually made me 2 meals 🙂

Bake the potatoe 5 – 12 min (of course all methods time differently. I do mine in the microwave..and this is a huge potato likely took about 15min or so trning 3 or 4 times through out.

 

 

 

 

 

Then here comes the fun part, scoop out most of the potato into a bowl, add a tablespoon of butter, at least 1 cp of shredded cheese

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ok..This is one of my favorites, the finished product…all ready to eat! (and I made short work of it, as you will see :)..
